Licensing

This License Agreement ("License") is a legal agreement between you and Grauberg Digital OÜ ("Licensor") for the use of Ocelot Design templates.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your payment of applicable fees, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased template(s) subject to the terms of this License.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Use the template to create one (1) website for yourself or a single client

  • Modify the template to suit your or your client's needs

  • Use the template for commercial purposes in the creation of a single website

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, distribute, give away, or trade the template itself in any way

  • Use the template to create multiple websites (separate license required for each website)

  • Create derivative templates for distribution or sale

  • Include the template in a product or template collection

  • Use the template for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Agency/Freelancer Use

If you are an agency or freelancer:

  • You may use the template to create one (1) website for a single client

  • You must purchase a new license for each additional client project

  • You cannot transfer the license to your client; you remain the licensee

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The template, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights, remains the property of Licensor. This License gives you limited rights to use the template as set forth in this agreement. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Licensor.

6. Updates and Support

Any template updates provided by Licensor will be subject to this License. Technical support is provided at Licensor's discretion and may be subject to additional terms.

7. Termination

This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the template and destroy all copies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The template is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the template.

10. General

This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor and supersedes any prior statements or representations. If any provision of this License is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
